Jason Robbins Kidney Transplant Fund

Jason Robbins is a 46-year old husband and father of three who has been diagnosed with Autosomal Dominant Polycystic Kidney Disease.  Jason is currently on dialysis 4 times a week.  He is doing his treatments at home in order to continue working and providing for his family.  Eva, his wife of 22 years, is a high school Special Education teacher and is also his home dialysis nurse!

 This fund is to raise money to pay for medical bills related to his illness and to help with expenses with his upcoming life-changing kidney transplant.  The money will also be used for anti-rejection medication and for lost wages during the surgery and recovery time.
