Jazz concert fundraiser in support of Ukraine

UKRAINE SOLIDARITY JAZZ BAND is organising a concert in Reading Minster Church on Friday 14 June 2024 in support of Ukraine, bringing fabulous music and messages of peace and unity to our audience. Please join us in standing together with Ukraine, the country fighting for the freedom of their people and the wider democratic world.

This is a charitable event. We will be raising funds for the LELEKA Foundation. This organisation has been distributing First Aid kits, medical supplies and medical equipment to hospitals, paramedics, and emergency stuff in Ukraine since Russian invasion to Ukraine in 2014. Some of our local residents have been working with this organisation over the past few years. All the money collected along with the tickets proceeds will go to support their work, which we are proud to be part of. One of LELEKA’s current projects is to raise funds for a much needed Ambulance. We hope our combined efforts can help achieve that.
