JENELLE GARDLERS MEDICAL FUND

This fund has been set up out of love in hopes and prayers of raising much needed funds for Jenelles medical costs.                                                                                   After many years of seeing doctors ,searching for the reason she was so sick, Jenelle was diagnosed  with late stage lymes disease. As  many of us know, lymes disease is caused by a bacterial organism that is transmitted via the bite of infected  tick. Most people devolop a rash or a bulls eye, but there are some who do not. Unfortunately for Jenelle  it went undetected for many many years, In turn being extremely hard to diagnose because its symptoms and signs mimic those of many other diseases.                          Jenelle is now in the later stage of lymes disease, with her only hope to regain her health is a daily infusion of intravenous antiobiotics and herbals to elimate toxins from her liver. These infusions  are a daily regimen for at least 3 months possibly much longer. The cost for the medicine alone is  one thousand dollars a WEEK! Their insurance will not cover the medicine because unfortunatly insurance companies do not acknowledge or understand  the severity of  lymes disease.  In turn this has been an out of pocket expense for her.                                         Because the bacteria has manifested in Jenelles brain she is undergoing neurological complications that include numbness, pain, weakness, bells palsy ( paralysis of the facial muscles ) , visual disturbances. And menengitis symptoms such as fever,stiff neck, and severe headaches. She has decreased concentration ,memory and sleep disorders and nerve damage in her legs and arms
.Not to mention the depression that goes along with feeling unable to take care of your children in the way you would love to. She has been unable to work ...with no disability in sight for the same reasons medical insurance is denied.                                                                               With the love and support of her wonderful husband and family members ,Jenelle has been able to start her treatments. This is an extremely difficult time  physically,mentally, emotionally  and financially for Jenelle, Jimmy and their three young sons.                                                       Again , this is why this page has been created, out of LOVE in hopes and prayers to raise money to ease their financial burden and to let Jenelle know that she is not in this alone, that she has alot of people that love her and are mentally supporting her in her courageous fight!                                                       Please donate if you can, even if its only a few dollars.
