Jeremy "Gangus" Krahn
Donation protected
Jeremy got into a horrific motorcycle accident on 08/24/19
He was life flighted to Theda where he under went scans and tests and was put on a ventilator with a grim prognosis.
They told us to hope for the best but expect the worst.
On day 2 at the hospital they gave us news that some of the swelling in his brain had gone down.
We were all ecstatic! They made sure we knew that this was a rollercoaster ride and that didnt necessarily mean he was coming out of this.
Day 3 was not good
Swelling had increased, drugs used to keep the swelling down were taking a toll on his organs.
Jeremy is an organ donor and is now able to give several people a chance at the life he never got to live.
Jeremy passed on 08/29/19
He leaves behind 8 children and 2 grandchildren.
This started as a fundraiser to help with medical bills (which I hear flight for life is like $55k) but is now also going to be used for funeral expenses.
Those will be around $7k
Any and every little bit helps, we dont want to financially burden his grieving family.
We appreciate everything everyone is doing in this time of need.
