Kidney Tranplant for 24 y/o student

My friends and family and any other soul kind enough to click my page, I’ve recently reached the top of the list for a kidney transplant. This means that at any moment I could get the call. Unfortunately, my insurance isn’t enough and I am responsible for a portion of the amount. I’ve been waiting for 4 years and all that is holding me back is money. I am desperately asking for help because I am a 23 year old with so many goals and aspirations and sadly have to focus on my health more than anything else. Please help me not only financially if possible but by sharing this to reach as many kind-hearted people out there.
