Joeys FootPrints
Donation protected
Joey’s Footprints was established to honor the memory of Joey Capuozzo, the youngest of four brothers, who lost his heroic battle with Neuroblastoma, a devastating form of pediatric cancer, in August of 2008 at the tender age of three. At the time of his death, Joey was eagerly awaiting the arrival of his baby sister. Now, with the addition of his namesakes, Francesca Jo and Sophia Josephine, his family lives on in Joey’s absence and has
dedicated this benefit as a tribute to their brave little boy.
Dear Prospective Donor:
Joey’s Footprints invites you to support our goal to raise 500,000 which will be donated to the Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital. We ask you to consider supporting our efforts with a cash donation that will help to ensure our success.
Your support will help us continue our progress in offering hope to babies and children facing a cancer diagnosis. The Cleveland Clinic Foundation is a 501c(3) organization and donations are therefore fully tax-deductible. Please feel free to contact us should you have any questions. We look forward to working with you to make this a truly wonderful event in honor of our Little Angel Joseph!
