Could you give a little help

Hello, My name is Darla I have a friend Jolene that has stage 4 cancer. There is no cure without treatment, but it is hoped that treatment may give her a few more years of her life with radiation and chemotherapy. She is single mother of 2, a son 22, and a daughter 19, who has been caring for her and paying for the home expenses. Her brest cancer has  metastasized  in her spine, and has weaved its way by breaking vertebrae and it is very advanced. There is no cure. She has begun radiation and treatments. She is walking, but not very far. She is a proud woman and a very hard worker, and would do anything for anybody. I am proud to call her my friend. And she is determined to beat this and will! In Jesus name... I want to get this around the world. I believe in God our Savior is going to heal her COMPLETELY! The only thing I ask now is for prayers, or a card to show her people love and support her.  Anything will help. Thank you again, for taking the time to read her story.
