Beloved Husband, Father, Brother & Friend

Dear Family and Friends,

As many of you know my family and I are going through the unexpected loss of our father, Juan who passed away on Sept, 23rd. Our father was truly a kind, loving and hardworking man who always put his family & friends first, and helped those in need without question. To his dismay, he was unexpectedly diagnosed with diabetes and later, kidney failure. This led to a host of other medical problems, which left him partially blind and taking several medications. He started dialysis when his kidneys got worse to help him get better, but sadly, his health continued to decline. He kept strong regardless of the pain he was going through during his many medical treatments. On Sept 14th, my father tragically suffered a stroke which left him hospitalized for days trying to recover but he unfortunately did not make it.

We are devastated by his loss. Our dad always encouraged us to follow our dreams and to never give up. His passing has left a huge hole in our hearts, but we are determined to carry on his legacy. He will be remembered as the loving Husband, a dedicated father, the best father in law, a caring brother and a great friend who left us too soon at a very young age of 57.

Our family is struggling to make ends meet and we need your help. Your contribution will go towards Juan's funeral expenses and other financial needs. Any donation, no matter how small, will make a difference. We hope to give Juan, the memorial he deserves to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes. It's our goal to raise $28,000 by Oct.21st. Your donation will help us to cover the costs of Juan's funeral and burial services, and to support our family during this difficult time.
