Justice4Terry & Help Save Emma now

Hi Everyone!

I am asking for help for nephew Gary Adams and Sister Dawn (Val) Joseph to obtain legal counsel to take the mother Ashlynn Bethell to court regarding her neglect and child endangerment that led to the murder of their Son/Grandson

(Terrance Adams) on 12-28/21.

They are also fighting to have her parental rights removed and have the remaining child Emmalynn Adams (now 4) returned back to the home of Grandparents

Dawn , Michael Joseph and Gary Adams (father).

They have fought for over 2 years to get justice for Sweet, disabled Terry for the neglectful actions the mother Ashlynn Bethell took and the murder on 12/28/21 by Hunter Locke Hughes .

Fortunately a jury in Macomb County convicted Hunter Locke Hughes of 1st degree Murder and Manslaughter yesterday .

Unfortunately, Terrys mother Ashlynn Bethell was not charged and not only was she not charged , she took the stand and actually defended her ex-boyfriend, the murderer (Hunter Locke Hughes) who drowned her son!! She testified that” he was her best friend , he loved her kids and she did not think he would ever hurt Terry”

She was suppose to be there as a witness to help Terrys case and she did the opposite.

She did not protect him while Terry was alive and allowed him to be abused up until his murder and then when she had the chance to take the stand to again protect him and failed him again!!

Terry’s sister Emmalynn Adams , now 4 who was present during the murder of her brother Terry , was in the care of Grandparents Dawn & Michael Joseph up until Sept 2023, until a judge gave Ashlynn Bethell ANOTHER chance to be mother and returned Emmalynn to her!

My nephew (Gary Adams ) the father of both children and his mother Dawn Joseph are now seeking legal counsel to take Ashlynn Bethell to circuit court to hold her accountable for her negligence/neglect that led to Terry’s death and taking her to family court to have her parental rights terminated in efforts to keep Emmalynn Adams safe and returned back to the only safe environment she has ever been in.

All funds raised will go to legal council fees for both cases.
