Justice for my father Dereck Brock

My father, Dereck “Mike” Brock, was brutally and senselessly murdered at the will of Cynthia Elaine Wilkinson. He was murdered for what he had; nothing more and nothing less. The death of my father would have been tragic under natural circumstances, but he was not allowed natural circumstances. For Cynthia, it was not enough to kill my dad – While in his own home defenseless in bed, he was murdered and stuffed into a freezer in his garage. From there, my father’s remains were dismembered and allowed to rot in trash bags until being dipped in acid and dumped down a drain as if he never was. While his remains were being desecrated, Cynthia moved through fraud and theft to take over every worldly possession of my father’s including his home, vehicles, bank accounts, personal artifacts, and anything lingering to be found. Most families have the option of burying or cremating the remains of loved ones and hosting funerals in remembrance - Cynthia has also robbed us of that.

In February of 2023, Cynthia Elaine Wilkinson was sentenced to 30 years in prison for the murder of Dereck Brock. In light of the sentencing, my sister and I are working towards regaining his home and any possessions of his that were paid for dearly with his blood and scattered through fraud, lies, and theft. Attorney fees are mounting and have become overwhelming – Having already paid in excess of $20K, we’re faced with gathering $40K more to begin this long journey.
