Police K-9 Protective Gear

We are raising money assist in the purchase of K-9 Officer protective gear. Our goal is to have  K-9 ballistic protection vests and heat alarms for patrol vehicles to help protect K-9 Officer Hype and a future K-9 Officer Ares, of the Barling Police Department.
All funds raised are for K-9 Officers. 

K-9 Officer Hype is a 2 year old American Pit Bull Terrier, certified in Narcotics Detection and assigned to Officer Don Rowe.  She became a member of the Barling Police Department in February 2019.

K-9 Officer Hype is a rescue from a shelter in The Bronx, NY where she was originally found in a portable dog crate with no food or water.  Long story short, she ended up in Dallas, TX  training with a program that takes shelter dogs and trains them for Narcotic Detection. Hype is now a certified Narcotics Detection K-9 Officer.  When not on patrol Officer Hype enjoys playing with her ball, running and just being a dog. Hype lives with her human partner and his family where she receives lots of love and play time as she deserves!!
