Nicaragua GIVE Expedition

Could not be more thrilled to be involved in GIVE's trip to Nicaragua this summer! I will leave on May 13th and return on June 5th. As a GIVE volunteer our mission is to inspire growth, empower the marginalized, and encourage sustainable change world wide. While in the majestic country of Nicaragua I will have the opportunity to help build eco-friendly infrastructures (part of the GIVE bottle project), participate in education programs for children, and continue a community recycling program. Also, let's not forget that fact that I get to climb an active volcano! I am absolutely ecstatic to be apart of this journey and for you all to be apart of it as well through my pictures and blogs. I hope that you take the time to look into GIVE and that this organization gives you as much joy as it does me.
