Karyn Canonico Lozano Family HouseFire Relief Fund

It has been a hard night, and the next few weeks will be even more challenging for Karyn and her family, trying to figure out how to pick the pieces back up and get things back on track. As you all can imagine, Karyn, Greg and the two boys have been experiencing mental trauma after losing their home and everything in it.

But if anyone knows Karyn, they know that she is strong. Not because she has been through a lot, but because she is filled with love- love for her two boys Erick and Jayden and her boyfriend Greg. Karyn has always fought to give her boys a better life by working so hard, to then come home and spend what energy she had left loving on her family.

Karyn and Greg were able to get out of the house safely, but Greg did inhale quite a bit of smoke. He went to the hospital and had high CO2 levels and recieved a breathing treatment. The boys are in Texas with their dad for the summer. Their two family dogs were rescued as well as two of their pet bunnies. Unfortunately, their sweet bunny Bella and her babies didn't survive as they were in their kennel behind the garage, close to where the fire started. Our hearts are shattered by the loss of these sweet little members of the family.

We believe God woke Karyn and Greg up just in time to make a safe escape. Had it been minutes later, I don't know if they would have made it.

Friends and Family, thank you So Much for your support. Karyn and Greg have recieved so many messages and offer's for help and that truly means the world to them. And although it has been a very difficult time, it has opened their eyes to the incredible love that this community has surrounded them with. They are filled with so much gratitude.

Through it all, God is good and we believe good change is already happening. Karyn and Greg are already making plans to work on picking themselves back up to show the children the power of resiliency in the face of adversity. Please pray for them as they navigate this new challenge and continue to send them love as they push onward. We believe God's got them in his hands and we have faith that brighter days are ahead.
