This God loving, awe inspiring family has survived many years despite extraodinary financial and medical challenges. A hardship tough enough to break the strongest of families, but not the Groebner's! They are a kind, loving, selfless family bound in faith and love and they will get through this too, thanks to the generous donations and support from people like you who have followed their amazing journey.
The Groebner family sold their home in Minnesota and drove out to California to be close to Stanford in hopes that they might be able to maintain 5 year old Katie Grace, longer then the 1 year survival time doctors gave her in MN. Stanford had a new IV medication to help their daughter maintain until she could get the transplant she needed. CCC and Donna Meisner got them started on raising the Fund money they needed for the transplant. The Groebners are a truly remarkable family with an equally remarkable story. It's inspiring to see how a family going through so many challenges can be filled with so much hope and love and still have enough in their hearts to share with others...
"I am Katie Grace. I am 11 and I have Pulmonary Hypertension, a rare and terminal illness. But I have Faith that God will see me through. Thank you for being here to visit me" ;)
