Help Kay

On Sat. Oct 15, my sweet friend Kay was in a horrible accident. While helping her daughter and a small group of friends start a backyard bonfire at home, she suffered second & third degree burns. Kay was rushed to the burn unit at Hennepin County Medical Center where she was placed & sedated to help manage her excruciating pain as a significant portion of her upper body is burned.

Kay has a long road to recovery ahead. She will likely spend weeks & months, in the hospital. She will need a number of surgeries. She will not be able to work during this time while her medical bills and daily living expenses will continue to pile up. As a single mom raising two daughters, Kay will need all the help she can get.
