Kaylee Grace's Cancer Treatment Journey

Kaylee Grace, my sweet, beautiful granddaughter has been diagnosed with rhabdomyosarcoma, a soft tissue cancer located in her throat and cheek area.

Unfortunately due to the location of the tumor it is inoperable. She will need to undergo approximately 40 weeks of treatment to fight the cancer, a great deal for a little girl to endure.

Many of the treatments are required to take place in Utah where she is currently under her doctor’s care. Her mama and daddy have been by her side the entire time and will remain there to love and support her through this.

Her treatment plan is 4 weeks of chemo, followed by 6 weeks of radiation, and will be repeated 4 times for a total of 40 weeks.

There will be many trips to and from Utah for treatments, and many costs associated with these trips and her needs.
