HELP Andy STAY in his home after mom is gone.

The image on the cover media is the last picture we have as a family. Perry was on Hospice and had limited time left here on earth, his Hospice Spiritual Counselor was with us. I mentioned I wished we had gotten one last family picture and she told me that we could still take one...of our intertwined hands. This is a request for help from Lucia, our son Andy and Perry's spirit watching over us from heaven.

After Perry got sick, me being Andy Stegemeyer's only caregiver became concerning. Perry Joe Stegemeyer and I were always a team, when he died in November 2022, I had to start thinking of ways to keep Andy safe and cared for...if something happened to me. It turns out...I had reason to be worried...between February 2023 and May, I went through a battery of tests and was diagnosed with Bile Duct Cancer.
Removal of the left lobe of my liver was done on June 28th with good results, however, when the pathologist examined the tissue, he found a "satellite spot" which meant I needed to have chemotherapy for 6 months. I take pills twice a day at home for 14 days, off the pills for 7 days and repeat the process until I get to the 6 months or until my body can't handle it anymore.
My goal is to live ONE minute longer than Andy...but, if that is not to be...I gotta have a backup plan. Perry and I always said we would never put Andy in an institution because he would die. I've talked several times with one of Andy's nurses/family friend who would move in here and take over my job(making appointments, ordering medical supplies, feeding supplies, incontinence supplies, prescriptions, buying OTC supplies/medications, Etc)...she would still need to work outside the home. Andy's van with a wheelchair lift is paid for but the house isn't, so I would like to raise enough money to pay the house off; establish an account for maintenance for both the house and van; finish establishing my will to get legal matters for Andy completed; and establish a pool of licensed nurses who could be backups for him when any of his regular staff of nurses can't come in because they are sick or when they go on vacation. If you can help Keep Andy in his home...we would really appreciate it. And thanks to Andrew Ritchie for his tech help!
