Whether you've known Dom for decades or encountered him once, here's his message:

"Here’s the ask friends, help me keep me around. I've been fun and ridiculous if you have the ability to contribute to a day or week of comfort, thank you. If I know you from the bars, the parties, the after parties, and you can contribute to a year of sobriety in a way, thank you. I met so many good friends working or at work. If I have encouraged you, filtered some kind of cruel feedback, mentored, or just made you laugh and you contribute to even a day of enjoyment, thank you. If you're a doll, a lady, a Gogo, anyone that pops in before events to help you get ready for shows, festivals, events, if all you can contributed is to share the message, share the message — I appreciate it, thank you. To my true friends right, who I probably have gotten too f’ed up with, if I cried or you cried in an alley, or rooftop, a stranger's patio, whatever, anyone can contribute if we traveled the world together, if I met you traveling the world, if you're Russian and you helped me find something I dropped in Amsterdam and you can assist me well, if you're highly capable of assisting in a big way that would extend my level of comfort call me, hello. I love you all, thank you, thank you, thank you. It’s gonna be like a mix of people managing this I think Jennilee will probably be doing some of it, my sister will be, and then yes if I'm alive I will be doing some. Thank you, I love you guys."
