In late 2015 in Perth, Western Australia, a good friend of ours was taken away from us far too soon.
The Claddagh Association and the Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust (KBRT) provided amazing support, assistance and help during this time.
We didn't realise the amount of time and effort both charitable organisations put in to help Irish people abroad who are experiencing difficult times.
Both Claddagh and KBRT are entirely voluntary organisations which rely solely on fundraising from the community. Their aim is to assist the expat Irish community during times of hardship. Find out more about what they do here.

On the 6th of August this year, our group of 9 will embark on a journey that will bring us to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania. Africa's highest point at 5895m. We hope to make it back down too!
The trek will take a total of 8 days to complete. We are undertaking this challenge in memory of our dear friend and her sense of adventure and in aid of The Claddagh association and KBRT.
100% of the funds raised will go towards the charities so that they can continue giving their vital support to others.
We hope that this page will raise awareness of our venture and make it easy for you to donate to the fund - however big or small your donation, every little helps.
Thankyou in advance!
Please share with all your friends.
