Knockout MS & Obesity with Bobcat Moretti
Donation protected
“Bobcat Moretti" is an inspirational feature film about an obese man with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) who takes up his late father’s sport of boxing to overcome tragedy and find inner peace. Our goal is for this exciting character-driven story to show the world life is worth the fight and anything you dream is possible, while bringing global awareness to MS and obesity through entertainment.
Actor, Tim Realbuto, and director, Rob Margolies, wrote the screenplay to accompany Tim’s lifesaving weight loss journey. The film also stars Vivica A. Fox, Taryn Manning, Sheria Irving, Matt Peters, Louis Mustillo, Carl McDowell, Mindy Sterling, Matt McCoy, Jay Hieron, Coolio, and Academy Award nominee Sally Kirkland.
The first half of the film is already complete. Our plan is to shoot the second half this summer in Los Angeles. Doctors, trainers, and nutritionists are assisting Tim on a daily basis. Tim created his character in Bobcat to have MS in honor of his mother who he has been caring for since she was diagnosed with the disease 16-years ago. He wanted to show how health and fitness are the prime ways to treat both obesity and MS. Tim gave his character in the movie MS to honor his Mother, but mainly because health and fitness are the prime sources of salvation for both diseases.
With your appreciated, generous donation, “Bobcat Moretti” will be seen by a wider audience in theaters, drive-ins, and every home after a successful film festival run.
