Laura Irwin Funeral Fund

On April 1, 2015, we lost a beautiful soul.  Laura Edith Irwin left us to begin her eternal journey after a long and painful, debilitating illness.  In trying to improve her health she underwent gastric bypass surgery in 2001.  She had numerous complications, developed Chron's Disease and had 29 surgeries trying to correct the various problems.

During these years of extreme ill health and hospitalizations, she never complained and kept her sweet spirit.  In the end, her fragile body could not take any more.  She had a contagious smile, a fierce love of her children and family, and a testimony of our Savior Jesus Christ.   She was taken from us too soon, but she is no longer in constant pain.  Funeral arrangements are still pending.

Your thoughts and prayers are appreciated and so comforting to us at this difficult time.  We are raising funds for her funeral and laying her to rest so that we can celebrate her life and grieve her loss.  Unfortunately, her medical bills and care costs have taken a heavy toll on us financially.  The family asks that in lieu of flowers or gifts, donations to help with the funeral be made here on this website.
