At the age of six, LeeAnn and I were placed into foster care due to neglect in our family home. We were separated for many years, maintaining some contact, and reuniting at age nineteen. Despite these early hardships, our bond strengthened profoundly, enriched by our shared faith in God.

Guided by her faith, LeeAnn dedicated her life to helping others. She rose to become the Director of Foster Care for North Carolina, offering children the opportunities she wished for herself at a young age. In her professional journey, she also earned a master’s degree in Biblical Studies, further deepening her relationship with the Lord.

In the wake of her passing, I am solely responsible for managing the arrangements and associated costs for her services, travel, and legal obligations.
