Help Me Take Care Of My Mother Plea

Hello. This was for a time a site to fund the preservation of history. Now, its to preserve the right to care for my mother in her old age, without fear of punishment from authorities keeping us apart; due to a legal loophole, not justice. No history of criminality nor was any crime in progress when police took me over a simple noise complaint. I'm my mothers sole aid and family (Except a wealthy sister whose opinions are decidedly uncaring of our mothers welfare in any way, refusing even verbal advice to her). The loophole mandates arrest, regardless of evidence or wishes. WA State has put my mothers health and life in danger; while I was put into two days of solitary directly from booking, despite being no behavioral problem, nor suicidal, nor do I take any illegal drugs or medications. This experience has left me in fear of the slightest sounds, bringing enormous panic attacks and night terrors.

These fees are growing daily. Once the case is resolved, which could exceed a year; I and my mothers lives will all but be ruined in the USA. My family has fought and sacrificed for the USA since 1917, my mother believes in justice; sadly, nothing but injustice has made her later years ones of fear and pain. While I, whom has never done more than wish to care for her if needed, is kept in fear that, while away, she'll become injured, unable to reach help.
