Lexie Fund: 2020-2021
Tax deductible
Any donations made to the Lexie Fund between December 31st and January 31st will be directly helping those impacted from the Marshall fire. We have been granted $5000 from a generous donor to match any donations from Harmony clientele. Let's all pitch in - the money will go directly to pets in need of medical assistance!
Founded in 2011, the Lexie Fund assists local pets in need who are expected to have positive medical outcomes. From diagnostic testing and medication to surgery and new home placement, the Lexie Fund enhances quality of life for those pets who need it most. Recipients include owned pets as well as shelter and foster animals, each evaluated on a case-by-case basis. In addition, the organization strives to provide the community with vital pet education through classes and community events.
We encourage you to read more about Lexie , who became the rallying point for this fund as a puppy diagnosed with spinal meningitis. For 18 months, the community raised money and contributed services to help this very special canine, and it quickly became clear that her legacy was to bring comfort and support to other pets in need.
It's easy to get teary-eyed reading any number of our success stories. Our own hearts swell reflecting on the good that the Lexie Fund has accomplished thanks to community members like you. From the bottoms of our hearts, thank you for your support. ❤️
