Licensure for Dr. Kelly St. Rose #PGWL

Dr. St. Rose (@girlkelz on Twitter) graduated with her Doctor of Pharmacy from Texas A&M on May 21! She will be pursuing a PGY1/2 in Informatics at HCA in Nashville, Tennessee and plans to pursue pharmacy informatics in the future. Dr. St. Rose is keeping her options open to industry, academia, and clinical informatics. She solidified her interest in informatics after an internship at Houston Methodist the summer after her P1 year. Over the last two years, she has been involved in a research project involving implementing hospital record changes to ensure continuity of care upon hospital discharge and has just submitted her manuscript for publication. 


Dr. St. Rose is originally from Dominica, a small island in the Caribbean, and now living in Houston, TX, where most of her family resides.

 

PharmGradWishlist is helping to fundraise $1500 to help cover the cost of licensing fees, as Dr. St. Rose is pursuing licensure in both Texas and Tennessee.
