Breast Implant Surgery For Lilli
Donation protected
Hi friends and family,
Before I dive into the meat of this GoFundMe, I wanted to thank you now for taking the time to read this. For those of you that may not know me well, my name is Serena - on stage, you might know me as Lilli Serena Frost - and this is my journey.
As many of you know, in August of 2021, I came out publicly as Transgender. Since making my public announcement, the last several months have been a rollercoaster, but there have been far more highs than lows on this ride. Between undergoing hormone replacement therapy to completing my legal name change to learning how to love myself all over again... this season of my life has taught me so much about myself, my own strength, and the importance of kindness to myself and others
Whatever your faith is or isn’t, personally, I don’t believe God made a mistake. I believe this was the path my life was meant to take. I believe my whole life has taught me valuable lessons, and had I been assigned female at birth, I would not be blessed with a life full of the rich experiences I’ve had up to this point. I want to thank the family and friends I’ve spoken to who have been supportive. And though I know there are people who may be surprised or may not understand, the important thing is that I know who I am, and I am happy.
Because I've been so open with my journey, I wanted to share the next chapter in my story. The biggest source of my gender dysphoria is my chest, and I want to take measures to ease this dysphoria by having breast implant surgery. I have spent time looking into plastic surgeons, and I have found one that is a good fit for me.
The cost of my surgery is going to be around $6800, not including travel and stay arrangements associated with the journey to Atlanta for my procedure. I will be out of commission from shows for 6 weeks, so to that point, I have decided to humble myself and ask for help. I'm taking all of the steps to give myself the life I deserve. As a result, I've created this fundraiser to raise money for my procedure.
Please know I will not forget your kindness and generosity if you feel so moved to donate to this GoFundMe.
I am fully aware this surgery is elective, but please understand this surgery is incredibly important to me. I appreciate all of the help I am getting, whether it's through donations, kind words, or tips at my shows.
You all have been a blessing to me, and it truly means the world.
You all have been a blessing to me, and it truly means the world.
XO, Lilli
