Supporting Lindsey's Healing

Dearest family and friends,

As you may know, Lindsey was diagnosed with breast cancer several years ago, followed by it metastasizing to her bones and liver. In March, Lindsey’s oncologist told her that Western medicine (from the perspective of this hospital) had run out of treatment options. They started sending end-of-life information.

This was a huge blow, but our amazingly determined Lindsey decided she would take matters into her own hands. In April, she traveled to a clinic to receive immunotherapy and initiate a strict 2-year therapeutic diet. Unfortunately, we experienced yet another blow when Lindsey unexpectedly fainted, resulting in a fractured pelvis.

To assist with Lindsey's ongoing at-home treatment and her recovery from this injury, we have realized the need for a part-time caregiver. Our family’s costs are rising, and we will be grateful for support from family and friends. Every little bit helps and is greatly appreciated! And please don’t hesitate to share this information with others who may wish to contribute.

She is certainly feeling the punches, but Lindsey’s spirit remains indomitable. Family, friends, her naturopath and oncologist are also uncovering new treatment options from top-tier hospitals across the country. Life is a healing journey. Thank you sincerely for your support.
