We create Organic and Local Tapas boards at Kahlo & Loyal, featuring a delightful selection of tapas paired with great inhouse cocktails and non alcoholic drinks from our tallened team. Our offerings are affordable, seasonal, and made with the freshest local ingredients. As our guest , we invite you to enjoy a unique and refreshing dining experience and keep our team together. I grew up under Apartheid in South Africa and fought my way into the best kitchens in my country and then in Europe. I now am opening my first restaurant after 20 years in the industry. It will be based in Ballard Seattle USA, if I can do this anything is possible. To get this far already is crazy but I have been working hard to keep my kitchen team together after the company we worked for closed down, we will gladly appreciate your help in keeping our dreams alive to win a James Beard Award. We believe that thoose who serve are guaranteed a special place up above and we're hoping to serve you and our community. We have been doing catering to help fund us and with a little help the sky is the limit.
