I am running the London Marathon 2025 in support of SSAFA

Hello everyone, Gaz here!

This year I will be running the 2025 London Marathon with my charity of choice being SSAFA The Armed Forces Charity.

As a British Army veteran, the toughest challenge for me was transitioning from military to a civilian lifestyle. It can be lonely, daunting and mentally challenging.

SSAFA is a wonderful charity which holds it's place in many serving and ex service personnel's hearts for the support they provide across the UK.

SSAFA is the UK's oldest national tri-service military charity.
