Help Luke Brewer beat cancer!

I have set up this go fund me campaign to help this amazing young man.

Recently, young Luke Brewer was diagnosed with Rhabodomysarcoma, a rare form of cancer Which affects the connective tissue in the body of children between the ages of 1 and 6 years old.

I am trying to help his mum & dad, Amy & Keith who are dear friends of mine, raise enough money to help fund his ongoing medical care and to kick cancers butt!

Due to the rarity of Luke's condition, they will be travelling to Oklahoma in America at the beginning of October where Luke will undergo specialist medical treatment for 7 weeks.

I am attempting to raise as much money as I can to help make Luke's journey possible, to make sure he gets the best possible care and if we can raise enough money, maybe a sneaky surprise trip to Disneyland to make his trip extra special.

To help raise as much as possible for this amazing young man, I will be running the 9bar9x9 running event on 10 October. This is a 81km endurance run held in Guildford and I will be doing this wearing my full police uniform and kit which weighs roughly 3 stone.

It will be tough, but it will be worth it to see the look on Lukes face!

So please, if you can spare any money at all, even if it's only a small amount, to help make this young mans dreams come true, and beat this terrible illness, I would be forever grateful!

I have have  recently teamed up with the amazingly talented Sarah Ion. Sarah has offered a great deal of support to my campaign and she is running a half marathon  in the Royal Parks of London on 11th October and is raising money for the very worthy charity, CLIC Sargent.

Sarah has already raised a great deal of money for CLIC Sargent and having reached her target, she has kindly offered to help raise more money for Luke!

A charity family fun day has also been set up in aide for Luke on 27th September. It will be held at the Hathaway Acadamy, Hathaway Road, Grays, Essex and will between 11am - 3pm. 

There will be plenty of stalls, attractions, food and drink and lots of fun for all the family! So make sure you come along and enjoy yourself and help us raise even more money for Luke!
