My name is Mark Everett Kelly and I'm a 30-year survivor of a deadly, rare, skeletal muscle cancer called Rhabdomyosarcoma.
Diagnosed at 16, given six months to live, I survived, but developed multiple chronic diseases (Crohn's Disease, Lymphedema) due to long-term side effects from massive amounts of chemotherapy and radiation. The American Cancer Society refers to these as "Late Effects"
I've been on disability since 2008 after both health conditions grew worse and suffering consistent intestinal blockages, severe swelling of right leg, 50-plus trips to the bathroom before noon on bad days, and severe exhaustion.

On disability since 2008, my divorce in 2017 re-introduced me to trying to provide against constant inconsistent conditions making it impossible to work daily jobs.
I created CKMagicSports in 2015 where I currently write articles on sports, society and post YouTube videos. My site features over 500 articles on all major sports, college sports and other areas. I've produced or provided on-air coverage for over 250 podcasts, over 150 blog posts (Living As A Cancer Survivor) along with my book and Twitch channel. I currently volunteer at a local station here in Anniston, Alabama (WOTM-TV) where I cohost "Overtime".
In 2019 I published "My Scars Tell A Story " which details my diagnosis, treatment and miraculous survival.
Additional sports articles can be found on www.worldwidesportsradio.com., where I make guest appearances on live sports shows,
Please contact me through email (MEKELLY@CKMAGICSPORTS) If you are interested in sponsoring or advertising on my website, show, appearances, articles, etc, or having me speak for your youth group, church, workplace, etc.
I'm hoping to help show other cancer survivors they can use whatever skills they have to survive. Your support of my efforts helps change my life.
