Kidney Transplant Medical Support
Donation protected
Marvin Freeman is raising funds to cover the costs associated with prescription medications needed following his prospective kidney transplant with Emory Healthcare. Marvin successfully completed a heart transplant March 20, 2013 with Emory Healthcare and has been following an anti-rejection medication regimen since his recovery. However, the prescribed pills have caused additional stress on his kidneys causing the current need for a kidney transplant. The cost of the medication that will be prescribed following surgery are a requirement in helping the new organ become accustomed to the body preventing rejection. As we raise funds to support Marvin Freeman at this time let us remember how important it is to take care of our health and the health of those we hold dear.
