Mary and Joe's Fund

As most of you know, Mary was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma and AL Amyloidosis one year ago. Despite everything she and Joe have been faced with this year, they continue to be steadfast in their love for God and everyone they meet. They both have the most loving hearts and alway put others' needs in front of their own. They have always been givers and have helped so many through any means they can.
Mary has her Stem Cell Transplant on Thursday, 03/23 and we are praying this is the turning point we have been waiting for. Our faith is in the Lord.
If you know Mary, you know that she loves to be outside. She loves to be in the sun, breathe in the fresh air and dig her hands in her garden. Taking care of her yard, flowers and garden has brought her so much joy, and my hope is that we can put this money toward her yard and her flowers so she is still able to enjoy the beauty of their property without needing to put in the work. Mary is not going to be able to manage these projects this year and I feel this is an opportunity for everyone to give back to Mary and Joe.
My goal is to have a local company hired that can take regular care of: Spring raking and clean up, spring weeding and preparation of flower beds, spring planting, hanging baskets, and then weekly yard care for seven months leading into fall clean up. If we collect enough funds we would add fertilizer and mole treatment as well.
I feel this will truly bless Mary and Joe, to not have to worry about the maintenance and to be able to look out their windows every day and see a gorgeous yard with so much life with all the beautiful plants. These funds will also allow Joe to not have to come home and take care of his yard, following long hours at the Pines. This should give him more time to spend with Mary at the end of each day.
Please continue to pray for Mary and Joe through this process and help us raise this fund to give these two incredible people the yard and flower garden they deserve.

Hello All
What an amazing summer we have had.
Yes, It is really true, I am no longer working at The Pines and I am enjoying the rewards of keeping a home and garden.
After nearly 30 years of working I have the opportunity to be the wife and homemaker I had often dreamed of being. The rewards have been endless for both Joe and I.
I have attached a few pictures for you to enjoy, a progression if you will of God richly blessing the work of my hands.
The heart of Joe and I is to have God bless others through us, in any way He chooses and as I planted the garden I asked God to bless it for His glory. As you can see by the pictures God is faithful. We have given so many vegetables away and will continue to as the harvest goes on.
If you visit us you too can reap of the harvest, we would love to share it with you!
