Matt Shockley- Bladder cancer patient

Hello! My name is Ashley and I am fundraising for my dad, who was recently diagnosed with stage four bladder cancer. His diagnosis has caused a financial strain on the family, as he did not have insurance and needs constant care. One of his surgeries has already costed $5,000 out of pocket upfront and my mom has had to take out loans to cover expenses. My mom has taken an unpaid leave from work to take care of him. Additionally his bedroom is downstairs and there is a half bath downstairs, but the shower is upstairs and this makes it very difficult for him. My goal is to use this platform to help them pay for treatments, cover bills during treatment, and provide a safe shower downstairs so he will have access to these necessities.
