Help Matt Win his Brain Cancer Battle

Our family is facing challenging times again, as my oldest brother, Matthew, is facing stage 4 brain cancer for the second time in 10 years. Matt is a single Dad of Conrad who is 10 years old and a wonderful boy. I am asking for help for Matt, Conrad, and my Mom.

Dorothy Picking, my mother, has been a dedicated teacher for over 40 years and raised her five kids on her own. She is now in her 70’s and has very little retirement. As many of you know making a lot of money has never been as important as enriching children’s lives and being kind to every person she meets. She will give you her last dollar if you need help. She is a fantastic teacher, loving mother and never gives up. I would love for her to feel financially stable enough to take time off work whenever she needs to be with him and provide medical, appointment travel funds for both Matthew & Dorothy. My goal is to pay off her house that she was finally able to buy, five years ago making her a home owner for first time in her life. Not having a mortgage payment would be life changing for her. Whether you’re a student that has received love from Mrs. Picking, a parent, friends/classmates of Matt's or a family friend- my entire family would be forever grateful for any support our community could provide.
