Mavericks Medical Needs and Travel

They say it takes a village, so we can’t
thank you enough for being a part of our village And helping Maverick who was
born with multiple defects including a
heart defect known as Tetralogy of
Fallot, chronic lung disease, airway
disease, kidney disease, scoliosis,
metabolic and endocrine issues, along
with multiple other things. However we do believe this has been caused by a very very rare genetic disorder, so rare that is actually not even in the medical books,
currently there are three doctors
Mavericks genetic doctor one in the
Netherlands and one in New York that
are doing the research in order to
publish it as a medical genetic disorder. Maverick struggles on the daily basis
with chronic pain and chronic depression due to his massive health conditions not only mentally and physically disabling, as he gets older his medical and mental
status have continued to get worse.
Maverick is the kind where he can be a
good one moment and flight for life an
hour later. Maverick has had over 50
surgeries including five open-heart and was denied for a heart lung transplant at the age of four. Maverick is unable to go
to school not only because of his medical conditions but because of his severe
learning disabilities there are only two institutions that he can enroll in and unfortunately due to cost and and the state of Wyoming‘s waiver program is a
three-year waiting list.  Leaving me to
not only be his teacher 75% of the time
but pay out of pocket for all school
materials which a again due to his
learning disabilities his school programs are extremely costly and I personally
have to pay for the tutor, in order to get
him some additional help for other things I cannot. 

Recently divorced  is not easy one for
multiple reasons, not that most
divorces are easy, However my  
ex-husband didn’t feel that having a
sick wife and A sick son were truly what his marriage vows we’re about, only
contributing to the financial hardship
and stresses. He completely cleaned out, including taking Maverick money that 
was set aside for things like travel, hotels
food, and bills  

To top things off I was diagnosed with
cancer again, after already beating,
Endometrial and colon cancer prior. I am getting ready to have three extremely
dangerous and intense surgeries that will have to be broken up into three because they are so dangerous and invasive.
