A new initiative from our man Abood , we previously help distribute aid , food , street kitchens to 100s of families .

Mawasi Kitchen – Free meals for Gaza families.

[A Life-Saving Project]We are a Gaza-based group who has voluntarily prepared a place to be a kitchen where we will distribute free and healthy meals for the families in the Gaza Group.

We called this place “Mawasi Kitchen”.

The place was built with the help of my family using rubbles from our destroyed houses ,the Mawasi of Khan younis is located in the Southern Gaza Strip.

It is considered now the most densely populated area, not only in Gaza, but may be in the entire world. Hundreds of thousands of homeless people were forced to leave their homed and move to the Mawasi in order to seek shelter.

The people started setting up tents there and now it is not easy to see the sand due to how overcrowded the Mawasi became.

We decided to start this kitchen in the Gaza’s Mawasi for different reasons. First of all, the majority of the people here do not receive humanitarian aid as they are supposed to. That’s because of different reasons:

1. Your donations do not always reach the right people/entities.

2. The situation here is catastrophic. One or two organisations can’t help alone all the families in Mawasi. So they need actually more help on the ground.

3. It is the place where the majority of the homeless people who fled from North of Gaza and Rafah have resorted to. The families here are in urgent need of food! Any donation you make will definitely save a life here! I mean this time the initiative is done by people who live in Gaza. This might be the first time for you where you should be 100% sure that your money is going for the right people!

We plan to distribute free meals everyday here in Gaza. With your help we believe we can do it. Trust me any donation you make will be a life-saving for the families here in Gaza. The situations is becoming so much worse after a year of the war.
