McKenzie has been approved to begin treatment we have more hurdles to over come financially. We will need to hire a nurse to administer the drug along with send this nurse to Texas to be properly trained to give the treatment. From air fair, hotel stays, and numerous other expenses along with the treatment itself we need help. There will also be large monthly fees charged to receive the medication. As of June 20th, as our beautiful girl finishes up her school year, we are at 40% of our goal. We are asking our friends, families and community to help us get our daughter the treatment she needs! We thank you for your generosity!

We are the family of McKenzie -- a vibrant, giving, and sweet 12-year-old girl who was diagnosed with Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG), an inoperable brain tumor, on November 28, 2012. The median overall survival of children diagnosed with DIPG is approximately 9 months, making it one of the most devastating pediatric malignancies. But McKenzie still has hope in the form of Antineoplastons therapy – a treatment that could save her life.

McKenzie loves playing basketball and soccer, spending time with her family and friends, and caring for the many pets she’s adopted, which include her horse Star, puppy Marshmellow, and bird Sparkle. She is full of an amazing passion to live life to the fullest, despite her ongoing battle with this horrible disease.

We are running out of time, but not hope. Antineoplastons is the first and only cancer therapy in medical history to cure the type of tumor McKenzie has, and her doctors think it might save her.
