Metastatic Breast Cancer, Stage IV

Our youngest daughter 36 year old Melissa Evans was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer to her lymph system, right lung and spine. She has been in remission from breast cancer for 10 years, and now, she is fighting to breathe, due to the cancer blocking her airway. She is on oxygen. She lives in Utah. Her children(our grandkids) are 19, 17, and 15. She is getting 10 treatments of radiation treatment and chemo at Huntsman Cancer Center in Salt Lake City. We are grateful to the wonderful prayers from our community for all the support we have been given  of late. Melissa has beaten a heroin addiction, is clean and sober 2 years. She is still working part time at the recovery center.  She desperately needs funds for medical expenses, rent, food, living expenses, transportation and for the time when she will not be able to go to her job to support herself.  Melissa has beaten a heroin addiction, is clean and sober 2 years. We lean into our faith deeply during this time. We take it one day at a time, with the Holy Trinity to bring us peace, and pray for a miracle of healing.
