Mexico Earthquake relief
Donation protected
Help fund the relief efforts after the two earthquakes in Mexico.
Aid has arrived in some of the affected areas – especially the communities on the Isthmus of Tehuantepec – but local media reports that survivors in some marginalized areas are still waiting for relief to arrive.
We believe that the most effective way to help is to send donations directly to organizations which have presence in the communities in the affected areas. The emergency assistance is well organized, but we still need resources to rebuild.
1. The proceeds from the first stage were donated to the Community José Martí school and Centro ProDH.
2. The proceeds from the second stage (begining on September 23) will be used in reconstruction efforts in CDMX, PUEBLA, MORELOS, TLAXCALA.
3. If you are looking for alternatives to donate, we recommend Construyendo .

Dear Friends,
We are a group of women from Mexico City, fundraising for community-driven initiatives to rebuild after the two earthquakes in Mexico. So far, you all have donated $3000. We are extending the campaign (beginning September 23) and the funds will be used in reconstruction efforts in CDMX, PUEBLA, MORELOS, TLAXCALA.
It fills us with hope to see all the solidarity of our friends around the world and our own people. For this reason, we want to extend our campaign to support the relief efforts for the injured and affected areas around the country.
We’ll get through this!
Thank you so much for all your support.
