Michael Feichter's Brain Surgery
Donation protected
Hello everyone. This is my husband Michael. He is such a an inspiration to many people. He works for the University of Toledo. He loves cars, building things, coming up with new and better ideas on how to do things, and is just such a joy to have him in your life. Well, with that being said, I am reaching out to the community for help.
My husband has been diagnosed with a rare brain disease called sryngromyelia. It has to do with a chiari cyst that is growing in his brain. He is due to have surgery on January 29th at Toledo hospital. We're not financially stable right now enough to make it after he has his surgery and this is a life threatening situation to where he has to have it done.
He will be off work for awhile (months not known yet). With all his past doctors visits and him losing feeling in his hands and feet, he has gone through all of his sick time and vacation time. So, when he is off work, we won't have any income but mine. I am disabled and on disability and I only get 700 a month.
I'm reaching out to see if we can get the help we need for his medical and some help with our upcoming bills and food. Please help us!
