need help due to amputation

My name is Mike. I have a wife and a 4 year old son. I've had 16 knee surgeries. 9 of my surgeries has been from infection. I had to have my leg amputated. I've also had to have my spleen removed, I was then in a car accident which caused neck issues. I have allot of medical needs and bills that I can't provide right now because I can't work until my medical conditions is dealt with and i learn to walk again. I was receiving some help but i can no longer get the help and I'm on the verge of getting evicted if i can't come up with the funds to pay my rent and other bills. there's allot more I'll lose if they're not covered. Donating would help my family and i cover my bills and medical care.
