Miguel's Spinal Surgery

Miguel Ramos is a hard working man who has a wife named Elizabeth and 3 children.  They recently just purchased their first home together and what should be a happy joyful time has taken a turn for the worst. He was putting up a fence on their new property and felt a pop while picking up some pickets. He tried to manage the pain at home with traditional otc medication due to the pandemic he continued trying to provide for his family not knowing there's was more to this discomfort, at last the pain became so unbearable from 1 day to the next he started to lose feeling from the waist down he went to seek medical attention. 
Miguel has suffered a spinal injury that required immediate attention. He suffered a spinal injury that ruptured his discs and required emergency surgery. He had a discectomy, laminotomy, and spinal descomression.
Surgery failed and the MRI reports severe spinal canal stenosis and is now needing a spinal fusion... "im not sure exactly what he is needing the surgeon was going to really look at the images and decide what would be the route.. i was really hoping not the spinal fusion" his wife Elizabeth told me.
Miguel is 34 years old and like many people does not have medicial insurance but needs this surgery because doctors are saying he is a ticking time bomb and can be paralyzedthe rest of his life. His recovery time is estimated to be well over a year after the surgery and may not even be able to ever return to his line of work. Due to him being a permanent resident, he is not allowed to apply for any government assistance because it will affect his future citizenship.
  Elizabeth is left trying to take care of all of the bills, picking up extra jobs delivering for door dash and uber eats on the weekend after working all week at her normal 9-5 during the week. This family has done SO MUCH for lots of people they know and complete strangers in need and now im asking if we can do the same to get Miguel this surgery.
