'My Miracle' Theresa Medical Fund

On Saturday, May 21st, my world as a mother was shattered. While my 16 year old daughter, Theresa and I were visiting Phoenix, AZ. for the weekend, to visit and celebrate a friend's birthday, She was involved in a near fatal car accident.
She and a friend were traveling to pick up another friend, when a freak accident occurred, causing the truck they were in to roll multiple times. Fortunately, the two of them were wearing seatbelts, but during the flipping the passenger side roof collapsed. Theresa broke 2 ribs, her back was fractured in 11 places and she sustained traumatic head injuries. Although injured, the driver ran 4 miles to get help. A Medivac Helicopter arrived on the scene, where an amazing team was able to resuscitate my baby girl. She underwent emergency brain surgery.
I count my blessings that I did not lose my child, but we have a long and painful, uphill recovery to get through. Anyone that has ever had the pleasure of being in Theresa's company knows that she is a caring, kind hearted and lovely person that brings so much joy. I will give 110% of my time, money, prayers and resources to support the full recovery of my kind and sweet daughter.
With that said, the dream team here at the John C. Lincoln North Mountain Hospital have been saviors, but the bills are mounting quickly. I do have medical insurance, but the costs will far exceed the coverage. The Medivac cost alone is $35K. I am determined that my little girl and I will walk out of here together. Until then, I will remain here in Arizona, at my daughter's side, supporting her full recovery.
I am not one to ask anything of anyone, but I know people have expressed interest in helping, so here I find myself. Please help with what you can, inclusive of your prayers, well wishes and sharing this message. Any funds raised will go towards her medical expenses, including hospital bills, physical therapy and all daily care that Theresa will need.
I am absolutely devastated, but I am optimistic and reassured by the outpouring of love that I have received from family, friends and even concerned strangers.
