miss black Deaf America

Hello! my name is sharia stripling and I am deaf.  I am Miss Deaf USA 2017- 2018 and I am excited for this Journey!  My platform is Breaking a Barrier through Faith and this based on my experience , how things that impact me through my journey as a deaf person and how did I overcome with my faith. I want to help  deaf youth and young  deaf teenagers to learn about who they are, leadership, education and legacy.  It is Important to encourage them to go out the world and overcome their barrier throught strength of faith.  I also want to them to learn to love one another and unity like we are brother and sister.  I am here to tell you that I will be going to Taipei, Tawain for Miss and Mister Deaf International pageant competition in Summer 2018.  I will be greatly appreciate for your contribute! I am so excited for this opportunity!
