Love for Madison

Hello everyone, and thank you for reading. My name is Dara, and I am proud to be the mommy of the sweetest 7ish year-old Boxer-mix you could ever want, Madison.


Last week, Madison was diagnosed with advanced Lyme disease. Her daddy, Brent, and I have done everything possible for her - antibiotics, special diet, 2 hopsital stays, and soooo many cuddles. Unfortunately, it has proved too much for her system and she is in renal failure. We are bringing her home to spend her last few days doing all her favorite things with her favorite people, to make her as comfortable as possible, and to say goodbye. 

We are raising money for Madison for the following expenses:
- Her accumulated vet bills from the past two weeks: bloodwork, tests, meds, IVs, hospital stays, etc. - including the final cost for when the time comes.
- The most delicious treats a doggy could want
- Taxi rides home from the vet, and back, when its time
- Special things we'll need - puppy pads for the floor, cleaning supplies, laundry 

We'll use any funds immediately for these expenses. 

Madison is a rescue who chose me to be her mommy. I think she really rescued me. She is so full of love and sweetness, even now when she's so sick. Anyone who's ever met her knows how impossible it is not to love her. All I want to do is to give her love, comfort, and dignity as a gift for everything she's done for me, and how much she has brought to my life.
