Support Mohammad's Family After Tragedy

I created this Gofundme on behalf of my friend 19 year old Mohammad Alhelou.

Mohammad and his family were in their home in Tal Al-Hawa. Mohammad and his older brother Fouad were hanging out together on the 2nd floor and the rest of the family downstairs.

Without warning the home was destroyed in a bombardment. Everyone was immediately trapped beneath the rubble.

Mohammad heard his father Ammar screaming out to them. He was able to get to his father and secured his wounds the best he could.

Mohammad pulled his mother from the debri but sadly she was martyred along with the following family members:

Sister- Lama

Sister- Farah

Sister- Saja

Brother- Adam

Brother- Hadi

Niece- Tia

Only Mohammad, his brother Fouad and their father survived. However, they were still trapped. Rescue was delayed to the area due to lack of fuel for ambulances and consistent danger of more shelling. Mohammad sent out a distress message on social media pleading for help.

After more than a day they were finally rescued. His father suffers from critical injuries to his hands and feet. He needs extensive surgery and continued medical care.

Mohammad is asking for donations to evacuate his remaining family out of Gaza ($5500/each person), to cover medical costs and provide daily living expenses when they relocate.

They have lost everything. Please help this young man rebuild his life.
