UPDATE SUNDAY MARCH 22- The first $1000 dollars were sent today to the first round of applicants!
Very excited to help in anyway possible your donations are helping many.

UPDATE Tuesday March 17- First Donations will go out Next week!!
At this moment there are a lot more applications than Donations therefore I have to pause taking new applications and try to focus more on spreading the word and get more donations to help more people.

Many industries in NYC are shutting down due to the Coronavirus, causing a lot of us to loose gigs and jobs that we rely on. This unanticipated loss of income is putting a heavy stress on our financial day to day life. Many of us are unsure of how we will pay for things like rent, food, and medical bills. It's time to come together and support each other in any way possible. Now, some of us are more stable than others:  and thats when this gofund me page comes. Give what you can, when you can…. and if you can't at this moment it’s OK too. You can also help by sharing this fundraiser on your wall, or passing it along among friends or people who you think could potentially give at this time.



How will funds be distributed? There are hundreds and hundreds of New Yorkers who could benefit from this: we all have a friend who is a photographer, actor, artist, performer etc… EVERYONE is welcome to apply, however those whose income has been severely disrupted or even come to a halt as a result of COVID are especially encouraged to apply. The goal is to get funds out to most applicants within 4-5 business days. The idea is to support as many people as possible so it may not be feasible to provide the full amount of money requested. The amount provided will be dependent on the amount of donations and volume of requests which are received
