Diana's Apartment Fire

Our dear friend Diana (singer and producer extraordinaire) experienced a house fire in her apartment on Thanksgiving. She has lost most of her belongings. Her bathrooms were destroyed and the space is missing several walls. Also everything in the sitting area is water and fire damaged. (thankfully they salvaged some of her momentos)

We are rallying behind her as she also won't be able to inhabit the apartment for several months. She is so generous of spirit and time and care with everyone in her life. It's our turn to be there for her. She will get some insurance compensation, but not for a couple months. And regardless, the interim expenses will be many.

It's a blessing no one was hurt. All people and pets got out. It's also a blessing her neighbor was home and caught it, otherwise the whole building (block) could have been lost. THE FDNY were amazing. 

She is leaving for her sister's wedding soon. But may need somewhere to stay when she returns.  So keep eyes and ears out.   Thanks everyone! Nick
