8 year old with rare brain cancer NaomiStrong

Naomi Short is my 8 yr old that was just diagnosed with stage 4 brain cancer.  The plan is to remove the main tumor at the top of her spinal cord after she heals from the recent surgery to relieve fluids from her brain and the biopsy. It spread down into her spine. She has 4 spots in her spine and another in her brain. They believe the reason her fluid isn't draining on it's own is because of microscopic cancer cells are lining walls in her brain.  Once she has healed from the second surgery, she will undergo 6 weeks of radiation following that with 6 months of Chemo.  The medical bills as well as regular household bills are going to pile up with  parents losing their income to make sure that Our sweet little Naomi is taken care of.  Naomi also has a 9 year old brother,  Clayton, at home.  
Naomi has already been in the hospital at The Children's Hospital in Cincinnati for the last week, where she still is today. 
She is scared that the Dr are going to mess up her Big Brain because she is so smart.  She is an amazing little girl that really needs our help.  My sister, Melissa and her husband, Gary are really great parents and one of them must be with her.  Please help them make this possible.
